Passage Theatre is proud to open the doors of the Mill Hill Playhouse and showcase theatre from the community. We choose to share our space so others can benefit, we PRESENT live performances for those in need of an artistic home. These productions are organized and produced by independent groups and are not part of Passage’s annual programming. Click the images to learn more about each event.
Renting the Playhouse
We thank you so much for your interest in booking our space to stage your play or host your event through our TrentonPRESENTS program.
Please understand that planning theatre takes time, and dates on our calendar fill up quickly. Requests to rent the playhouse should be made no sooner than 6 months in advance of your desired date(s).
If you would like to book the Mill Hill Playhouse for a 2026 date, and join TrentonPRESENTS please fill out the Google Form for rentals and follow the chart and view our calendar of available dates below. Hourly staff fees are in addition to the booking fee. Email our production team at trentonpresents@passagetheatre.org for more information.

Closed Performance or Meeting (No Audience)
$250 / 4 hours
TECH Rehearsal
$300 minimum / day
This covers 1 Technical Assistant.
Additional technical support or extended rehearsal needs may increase the final cost.

Ticketing Policy
All ticketed events presented at Mill Hill Playhouse are required to use Passage Theatre’s ticketing system.
For ticketed rentals, Passage Theatre retains a minimum of 30% of gross ticket sales. Additional terms may apply depending on the scope of the event, staffing needs, and box office coordination.
Important Notes
Trenton Artist rates are available for qualifying local artists and organizations. Contact the rental team for more information.
Rental fees cover use of the space only unless otherwise agreed in advance. Any additional staffing, front-of-house support, technical assistance, or cleaning needs will be billed separately at Passage Theatre’s standard rates.
All rentals are subject to calendar availability, staffing availability, and Passage approval.
