Peter Fenton

Peter Fenton is an Off-Broadway playwright, regional theatre director, and here at Passage, our Marketing Manager. He is on an eternity quest to make good theatre fun and fun theatre good, and he’ll freely tell you that life is too short for bad flyers.

As playwright, Fenton’s Sartre-inspired dark comedy ABANDON ALL HOPE premiered at Theatre Row in 2023 as part of Rogue Theater Festival and his queer feminist deconstruction of Peter Pan, I THINK WE’RE LOST, premiered with Pier Players Theatre Company at Philadelphia’s Theatre Exile in 2026. His other notable works include teen satire CORONATION and murder mystery in late-stage capitalism BLUE SKIES YONDER, both of which will see New York City staged readings in July 2026.

As director, Fenton has helmed multiple readings of new plays as well as full productions of HOME I’M DARLING by Laura Wade at Langhorne Players and Frank Wildhorn’s BONNIE & CLYDE at Newtown Arts Company. He holds a degree in communication from Wheaton College and joined Passage in 2023 after successfully selling out the Off-Broadway run of ABANDON ALL HOPE at Theatre Row.
